白いターゲットマークが出た所で[Grip]を押すと、手に取れます。
You can get it by pressing [Grip] when the white target mark appears.

胸/腹の前に持っていって[Grip]を離すとインベントリへ収納できます。
Bring it in front of your chest / belly and release [Grip] to store it in your inventory.
